Frederick G. Philipp, 89, of Dartmouth (formerly of Fairhaven) passed away Sunday, April 28 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth. He was the husband of the late Claire A. (Caron) Philipp.

Born in Acushnet, son of the late Frederick W. and Anna (Singleton) Philipp, he lived in Fairhaven prior to entering Brandon Woods. Mr. Philipp served in the Army during the Korean War and later worked as a self employed building contractor.

He is survived by his step son, Stephen Taylor and his wife Linda of Acushnet.
