Friends Academy will host its annual Speaker Series on April 4 at 6:30.

This year Kip Bordelon will present a lecture titled “Are There Really Two Americas?” The presentation looks at the way people see national matters based on race.

Bordelon has had an interest in policy affairs since a young age. He also found a passion for American history while attending a New England boarding school. Eventually he went to work in the United States General Services Administration.

Before the presentation audience members will have the opportunity to tour the school. Doors for that will open at 5:45 p.m.
