Grange seeks participants for Rural Community Fair
The Dartmouth Grange is looking for participants to enter the agricultural and craft exhibits in the 2015 Dartmouth Grange Rural Community Fair.
Entries of flowers, vegetables, crafts, canned goods, baked goods, honey and more will be accepted.
The Fair will take place on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 11 and 12, and opens to the public at 2 p.m. on Friday and noon on Saturday.
The details for entering all exhibits are found in the Dartmouth Grange Fair premium booklet. Booklets are free of charge and are available at Alderbrook Farm in Russells Mills in Dartmouth.
Exhibits must be brought to the Grange Hall on Thursday, Sept. 10, from 7 to 9 p.m.; on Friday, Sept. 11 from 1 to 6:30 p.m.; and Saturday, Sept. 12, from 7 to 9 a.m.
Tomato entries for the Heirloom Tomato Contest must be brought in on Friday 1 to 6:30 p.m. or Saturday 7 a.m. to noon.
