The holidays can be an especially difficult time for those who are grieving. The Bridge: A Center for Hope and Healing is hosting a “Grief and the Holidays” workshop on Saturday, Dec. 8 from 9 to 11 a.m. for anyone who needs support and connection to cope during the holiday season. There will also be an opportunity to create a memory box. Registration for the workshop, which will be facilitated by Debbie Teixeira, LICSW, and Laura Wilhelm, LMHC, costs $25.
