The Humane Society and Shelter SouthCoast in North Dartmouth is starting up its popular Kids Club program for the summer.

Kids who join will be able to spend four days at the shelter spending hands-on time with the many different animals there.

They will learn how to properly care for all different types of animals, as well as being visited by different professionals and guest speakers in the animal field who will talk about what type of jobs animal lovers can have.

There will be daily projects, games, and crafts in a fun and safe learning environment each and every day.

The Kids Club runs three separate weeks: July 8-12, July 22-26, and August 5-9 at the Humane Society and Shelter SouthCoast on 31 Ventura Drive in North Dartmouth.

Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
