Jacqueline A. Galligo, 74, of Dartmouth, passed away on July 7, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was the beloved wife of Richard D. Galligo of Dartmouth and the daughter of the late Mary (Perry) and Joaquim Cabral. She was born in Dartmouth and lived in this area her whole life. She was a graduate of Dartmouth High School.

She is survived by four children, Bruce W. Galligo and his wife Carol of New Bedford, Lynne M. Reardon and her husband Michael of Dartmouth, Richard J. Galligo and his wife Tammy of Fairhaven, and Jennifer L. Galligo of Dartmouth; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; her brother John Cabral and his wife Maureen of South Carolina; her brother in law Phil Brodeur; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Natalie Warner, Doris Marchand, Lillian Broduer and Roger Cabral

Her funeral will be July 11 beginning in the funeral home at 8:45 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s South Dartmouth Church at 10 a.m.

Visiting hours will be Monday evening from 5-8 p.m. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
