Janice E. Langlois, 76, of New Bedford, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2019 in Hope Health Hospice in RI. 

She was the daughter of the late Albert E. and Blanche (Heap) Langlois.

Janice resided in Dartmouth and worked in the emergency room of many hospitals from Brockton to Florida, with her last at the VA Hospital in Providence RI. 

She was a Registered Nurse, graduate of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Boston and she earned her Masters in Nursing from St. Joseph College in Maine. She dedicated her life helping and taking care of others.

Janice is survived by her loving sister Cyd Ryle and husband Donald; niece and godchild Sarah Ann Ryle and fiancé Patrick Wyman; nephew Mathew Donald Ryle and wife Patrica; special cousin Shirley Georgsen; cousin Edward Langlois and husband Robert Keith; godchild Kathleen Sylvia and husband Kevin. 

She was the granddaughter of the late Delvina Heap and Wilfred Langlois.

Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
