On January 27 at 4 p.m., the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra’s Chamber Music Group invites music fans to experience “La Grande Boucle,” a concert tour through France. The group will perform Claude Debussy’s String Quartet, Maurice Ravel’s Tzigane, Francis Poulenc’s The Story of Babar, the Little Elephant, and Louis Vierne’s Piano Quartet in C Minor, Op. 42. This concert will be performed by Jesse Holstein and EmmaLee Holmes-Hicks on violin, Anna Griffis on viola, Leo Eguchi on cello and Janice Weber on piano. The concert will take place at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 351 Elm Street. Tickets cost $20 at the door or online at www.nbsymphony.org.
