Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust and Buzzards Bay Coalition will host a vernal pool exploration of Parsons Reserve on April 8 at 10 a.m.

The event, led by staff from the two organizations, will lead hikers through the reserve to a large vernal pool. Participants will have an opportunity to see inhabitants of the vernal pool up close. The hike also leads past the reserve’s daffodil field, which contains thousands of daffodils that bloom each spring.
