Learn about the Centering Prayer at an upcoming lecture series at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.

The four-session series will focus on the origins of the Centering Prayer meditation technique, and its rediscovery by Trappist monks. Various types of prayers will also be discussed, and opportunities to practice Centering Prayer as a group.

Sessions are January 15, January 29, February 12, and February 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. It will be facilitated by Gabriel Giella.

The program is free to attend, but pre-registration is required.
