Notice is hereby given under M.G.L., Chapter 40, Section 15C and the Dartmouth General By-Laws, Scenic Roads, of a public hearing to be held on Monday, August 24, 2020. As the Town Office Building is closed to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, and as the Governor has banned public gatherings during this emergency while allowing municipal boards to temporarily conduct their business through videoconferencing platforms, this public hearing will have no physical location but rather will only be held remotely through the Zoom application and will be accessible for live interaction by the petitioners and the public using the Zoom Meeting ID: 894 8126 9809 and Passcode: 432458

The hearing concerns a request by Roland Valois to remove approximately 30 feet of stonewall and 2 trees for property identified on Assessor’s Map 24 as Lot 42-2. The subject property is owned by Apponagansett Properties LLC and located on Bakerville Road, which is a designated scenic road.

Information identifying the location of the stonewall and trees to be removed is on file in the Planning Board Office (room #317), Town Office Building, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA and may be seen upon request by appointment only during regular business hours.
