NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Request for Determination of Applicability from Jeffrey C. Lovelace for permission to fill voids between large armor stones to stabilize the existing MADEP licensed stone revetment on a coastal bank, on land described as Map 86 Lot 13 or 0 Naushon Ave. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday December 19, 2023. Login information for the meeting appears on the agenda posted on the Dartmouth Conservation Commission page of the Town of Dartmouth website. All interested parties should log into the meeting and be present at that time.

Melo and Daniel Melo to Santander Bank, N.A., dated June 17, 2016, and recorded at Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 11733, Page 131, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.
If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
