Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in Meeting Room 304, Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on the petition of Brian and Kelley Couto who is seeking a Variance for setback relief for a 24’x 24’ accessory building with and 8’ x 10’ bump out located on a corner lot which does not comply with the Town Zoning By-Laws for 20’ setback from Willis Street. (Article 10, Section 375-10.4. D. (3) (B) Exemptions from setback requirements). The property is located at 101 Prospect Street in the General Residence District and identified on Assessor’s Map 123 Lot 91. claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in South Dartmouth (Dartmouth), numbered 30 Terry Drive, given by Zulmira Antonio and Joao Antonio to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., dated January 18, 2008, and recorded in Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 8928, Page 81, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.

If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
