REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
TOWN OF DARTMOUTH, MA

The Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified search firms or consultants to assist in the recruitment of a new Town Administrator.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available beginning March 6, 2025, at 8:00 AM (EST) in the Town Administrator’s Office, located at 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747. The RFP will also be accessible on the Town’s website at https://www.town.dartmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx. Any updates, amendments, or responses to questions regarding the RFP will be posted on the website, and proposers are encouraged to review it regularly before submitting their proposals.

This RFP seeks proposals from individuals or firms with expertise in executive recruitment to assist in identifying and hiring a qualified candidate for the position of Town Administrator.

All applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including M.G.L. c. 30B procurement regulations and fair labor laws, apply to this solicitation. The Town of Dartmouth reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Town.

Notice of License Application Pursuant to M. G. L. Chapter 91 Waterways License Application Number 25-WW01-0031-APP Josef Tatelbaum

NOTIFICATION DATE: March 7, 2025

Public notice is hereby given of the waterways application by Josef Tatelbaum to reconstruct and maintain an existing stone jetty and to maintain a stone jetty and concrete seawall at 31 Mosher Street in the municipality of Dartmouth within the waters of Clarks Cove. The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent. The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received within 30 days subsequent to the “Notification Date”. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more, with at least five of the ten residents residing in the municipality(s) in which the license or permitted activity is located, to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).
