Notice is hereby given that an application has been received from Servedwell Sail Loft, LLC of Dartmouth, MA for an Alter of Premises to the Year Round Restaurant/All Alcohol License and Entertainment License under the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 138, at 242 Elm St., Dartmouth. The alteration consists of expanding into adjacent space of 950 sq. ft. interior space and 1,000 sq. ft.
patio, to be done in two phases. First phase will be the patio, to open in the summer of 2023 and the second phase will be the interior with a planned opening of 2024. The owner is Stephen Silverstein. Those interested in providing comments both oral and/written may do so by attending this hearing to be held on June 5, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. This hearing will be held at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth Room 304.
