Notice is hereby given under M.G.L., Chapter 40, Section 15C and the Dartmouth General By-Laws, Scenic Roads, of a PUBLIC HEARING to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2022. The hearing concerns’ an application by Andrew Houle and the Dept. of Public Works (DPW) to remove public shade trees and repair an existing stone wall located at 1115 Tucker Road (Map 148 Lot 54), which is a designated scenic road.

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 44B section 5(b)1, the Community Preservation Act, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held for the Community Preservation Committee Needs Assessment and Plan for Fiscal Year 2024. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., in Room 315 of the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA. All interested parties should be present at that time.
