Notice is hereby given under M.G.L. 40A, §9 of a public hearing to be held on Monday, November 18 at 7:00 p.m. via zoom on the application of 704 Dartmouth Street LLC.
The Governor has issued a 2023 extension to the emergency order through 2025 allowing municipal boards to conduct their business through videoconferencing platforms. The applicant is seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Section 18.3.F of the Zoning Bylaws to allow the construction of an 89-unit apartment building for senior residential apartments (age 55+). The subject property is located at 696 Dartmouth Street and shown on Town Assessor’s Map 128 as Lot 203 in the General Business District and owned by the applicant.
The application and related plans are on file in the Planning Board Office (Room 317), Town Office Building, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA and may be seen upon request during regular business hours.
