Notice is hereby given under M.G.L. 40A, §9 of a public hearing to be held on Monday, November 18 at 7:00 p.m. via zoom on the application of 704 Dartmouth Street LLC.
The Governor has issued a 2023 extension to the emergency order through 2025 allowing municipal boards to conduct their business through videoconferencing platforms. The applicant is seeking a Special Permit pursuant to Section 18.3.F of the Zoning Bylaws to allow the construction of an 89-unit apartment building for senior residential apartments (age 55+). The subject property is located at 696 Dartmouth Street and shown on Town Assessor’s Map 128 as Lot 203 in the General Business District and owned by the applicant.
