Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Request for Determination of Applicability from Marc and Rhonda Audette to repair a septic system within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to off-site Bordering Vegetated Wetlands on land described as Map 42 Lot 129, or 461 Chase Road. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025.
