Turns out there are a lot of people who had “tidying up” on their list of New Year’s resolutions  so many, in fact, that the Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries have scheduled an encore presentation of the program, Less is More – Declutter Your Life, on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 6:30 p.m.

The program will focus on how people can simplify and declutter with the KonMari method.

Stephanie Baird will discuss her year-long process of using the method, which was created by organizing consultant Marie Kondo and outlined in Kondo’s bestselling book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, as well as her Netflix series “Tidying Up with Marie Kondo.”

During the event Baird, a therapist, author and public speaker, will talk about ways to clear your home of items that no longer “spark joy.”

She will outline the KonMari steps, discuss how to organize your home efficiently, and provide resources on how to responsibly dispose of unwanted household items.

This virtual presentation requires pre-registration at tinyurl.com/DartmouthDeclutter.

Audience members must sign up with an email address to receive a ZOOM code.
