Lloyd Center summer solstice stroll

On Saturday, June 18, the Lloyd Center for the Environment will be holding a summer solstice stroll at Demarest Lloyd State Park. The walk will last from 8 to 10 a.m.

Lloyd Center Research Associate Jamie Bogart will be leading the walk. Participants should bring birding equipment such as binoculars or a scope, cameras, bug spray, and footwear appropriate for walking along the beach and over intertidal flats. Bird guides and optics available in limited quantity for use.

Pre-register online. Deadline to pre-register is Friday, June 17 at 4 p.m. The cost for members is $8 and $10 for non-members. Children are admitted at half price.
