Middle School collects donations for families in need

Dartmouth Middle School students spent several weeks collecting food and gift cards for families in need prior to Thanksgiving.

Students, staff, and parents donated enough items to put together 35 Thanksgiving Day baskets, full of nonperishables and gift cards. The baskets went directly to 35 needing families in the middle school community.

“The generosity and support is clear evidence that when we come together, we can truly make a difference,” said Principal Darren Doane.

Students prepared the baskets on November 21, in time to give them out for the holiday.
