Missing Dartmouth man found

UPDATE: As of 7:30 p.m. on May 2, Dennis Darbyshire has been found and has returned home, according to police.

Police are searching for a Dartmouth man who has been missing since April 30, according to a May 2 press release. 

According to Dartmouth police, Dennis Darbyshire, 46, was last seen leaving his group home in North Dartmouth on Friday, April 30 on a newly purchased lime green motorized scooter.

The release stated that “there is concern” for Darbyshire’s well-being, as he left without his medication.

He is described by police as white, 5’ 11’’ and around 280 lbs., with brown eyes, light brown hair, a beard, and a ruddy complexion.

Police stated that according to a family member, Darbyshire likes to visit casinos.
