The Lloyd Center for the Environment will host its second annual Music in the Woods event on Saturday, Sept. 24.

Live music will be performed along the trails. Performers include the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra, Spindle Rock River Rats, and Jeffrey Angeley.

This event is free to members, with preregistration beginning Sept. 1. 

Tickets are available to the general public starting Thursday, Sept. 8 at $40 per carload.

Both groups can choose their preferred event time of either 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. 

The Oxcart will be available with lobster rolls, burgers and other fare for purchase from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Only cash will be accepted.

The Center, located at 430 Potomska Road, has a limited number of parking spaces. If you are unable to attend, email fcallen@lloydcenter.org so space can be freed.
