DARTMOUTH — Olinda P. Amaral, 101, died August 26, 2026. Widow of João Jacinto Amaral; daughter of the late Francisco and Maria (Rocha) Dutra and Senhor Dr. Martins e Senhora Nosfia who raised her.
Survivors: children, Gorete and Michael Cadieux, John Amaral and Kimberly Swanbeck, Linda and Alvin Boddie and Lilly and Gabriel Fagundes; grandchildren, Sarah and Matt, Jason and Beth, Derick and Denae, Patrick and Ileana, Dylan and Shelley, Falin and Walton, Danielle, and Savannah; great-grandchildren, Gage, Luxton, Gabriella, Carson, Vince, Vera, Neymar, Nayah, Nahla Olinda and Patrick, Jr.; sister, Terezinha of Canada; nieces & nephews.
Predeceased by infant daughter Maria Olinda, 12 brothers and sisters and granddaughter Jordan Olinda Boddie.
