Dartmouth Department of Public Works issued a notice on March 30 that Padanaram Bridge will be closed to vehicle and foot traffic for four days in April for electrical upgrades.

From 7 a.m. April 13 to 6 p.m. April 17, the bridge will be left in the “open to mariners” position while the DPW performs the upgrades, weather permitting.

Local detours will be posted as necessary.
