Padanaram bridge will be closed to traffic for four days starting on April 30, according to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.

Contractors will be replacing the bridge joints. The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and is expected to last four days.

A detour will be put in place by the town of Dartmouth during this time.
