It’s that time of year again. With the Memorial Day holiday and accompanying parade and festivities drawing near, the town’s Veteran Services Office is seeking volunteers to help reflag the Elm Street Cemetery. 

The flagging will take place on Sunday, May 18 at 10 a.m. The office will be joined by Pack 74 Scouts, including Eagle Scout Jacob Anuszczyk, who mapped out all 490 veteran graves at the cemetery for his Eagle project.

“He did a phenomenal job,” said Dartmouth Veteran Service Officer Matthew Brouillette, adding how his office will have access to the map and can add to it as necessary in the years to come.
