Realtor Kinlin Grover wins national award for customer service

Southeastern Massachusetts-based Kinlin Grover Real Estate has been named among the top 35 real estate brokerage firms nationwide for service excellence and customer satisfaction by independent company Quality Service Certification, Inc. 

The realtor operates 23 Massachusetts offices — including one in Padanaram  specializing in waterfront, village and luxury homes, and is fresh from a record-breaking $1.66 billion-dollar year of sales, according to a press release.

Kinlin Grover was awarded a 2021 national QE Award, an accolade created by Quality Service Certification that reflects customer service excellence and “the highest levels of customer satisfaction in real estate service in North America,” according to CEO Larry Romito.

The 2021 QE Award recognizes companies from 22 states across the country and includes some of the most respected independent and well-known national and regional brand names.

It is based on the results of an independent survey limited solely to buyers and sellers of a real estate transaction with participating companies.

More than 30,000 real estate agents and 750 companies elected to participate in the customer satisfaction assessment survey process in 2020 for the 2021 QE Award.
