Southeastern Massachusetts-based Kinlin Grover Real Estate has been named among the top 35 real estate brokerage firms nationwide for service excellence and customer satisfaction by independent company Quality Service Certification, Inc. 

The realtor operates 23 Massachusetts offices — including one in Padanaram — specializing in waterfront, village and luxury homes, and is fresh from a record-breaking $1.66 billion-dollar year of sales, according to a press release.

Kinlin Grover was awarded a 2021 national Q_E Award, an accolade created by Quality Service Certification that reflects customer service excellence and “the highest levels of customer satisfaction in real estate service in North America,” according to CEO Larry Romito.

The 2021 Q_E Award recognizes companies from 22 states across the country and includes some of the most respected independent and well-known national and regional brand names.

It is based on the results of an independent survey limited solely to buyers and sellers of a real estate transaction with participating companies.
