Resources Trust hosts annual fall bird walk
The Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust and the Paskamansett Bird Club are co-hosting a free guided bird walk at the Slocum’s River Reserve in Dartmouth at 8 a.m. on Sept. 26.
Participants will discover what migrants may be lingering on this beautiful natural area co-owned by DNRT and The Trustees of Reservations. The walk will be led by William Gil from the Paskamansett Bird Club and Linda Vanderveer from Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust.
The walk will begin at the parking lot for Slocum’s River Reserve, located on the east side of Horseneck Road about 1.4 miles south of Russell's Mills Village.
