The Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries is holding a virtual presentation on the Roaring 20s on Monday, Dec. 14 at 6:30 p.m. with local historian and lecturer Christopher Daley.

During the lecture, Daley will present an overview of the decade showcasing world events, Prohibition, organized crime, and the style, fashion, and trends of the Jazz Age.

Currently a teacher in the Silver Lake Regional School System, Daley was formerly the President of the Pembroke Historical Society and Chairman of the Pembroke Historical Commission, and has been lecturing on historical topics of interest for over 25 years.

He was also a docent and Coordinator of Educational Outreach at the John Alden House historical site.
