Rotary members serve as ‘My Brother’s Keeper’ to help families in need

MIDDLEBORO – Members of the Middleboro Rotary Club and their families and friends visited My Brother’s Keeper in Dartmouth to select and wrap presents for families that would otherwise not have a Christmas.
For the third year in a row, club members were provided lists of families in need, with the genders of family members and sizes of items requested. Club members then “shopped’’ the aisles of items to match the needs as closely as possible.
Club members then wrapped the items and agreed to repeat the process for another family.
Steve Quevillon surprised the group by making an appearance as the Grinch. The visit reflected the Rotary’s theme of “Service Before Self.’’
