Trek along the beach loop trail at the Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary, 1280 Horseneck Rd, in snowshoes on Saturday, Dec. 29, from 9 a.m. to noon. The 2 mile walk will provide wildlife viewing from atop the snowpack. Learn to identify animal activity through tracks, scat, and other signs, and look out for winter birds. Participants must provide their own snowshoes. If there is no snow, this will be a regular hike.
