The St. Julie Billiart Ladies Guild of Dartmouth has awarded scholarships of $1,000 each to four students: Emmie Parker, who is attending University of Rhode Island; Owen Quigley Mello, who is attending UMass Amherst; Michael H. Cornell, who plans to attend either Bryant University, University of Vermont or Northeastern University; and Victoria Raposo, who plans to attend either Stonehill College or Bridgewater State University.
