Celebrate Greek culture.

St. George's Greek Orthodox Church will be hosting their annual Greek Festival starting on Friday at the 186 Cross Rd. church. The event will have Greek food, pastries, beer, wine, Greek dancing, and tours of the church. Admission to the festival is free. The event will run from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Discover nature.

From 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. the Lloyd Center for the Environment will be hosting a nature discovery program for children. It will include readings of nature themed books, live animal demonstrations, specimen observation, hiking, and nature themed crafts. The program is ideal for kids ages 2-6, but is open to all ages. The event is $5 for Lloyd Center members and $6 for nonmembers. Visit lloydcenter.org for more information.

Walk through a marsh.

The Dartmouth YMCA will be hosting a walk through a salt marsh from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The walk will be led by Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust. The event is free and open to the public. Meet at the YMCA's Gulf Road location.

Enjoy the animals and fresh produce.

Round the Bend Farm will be holding their monthly Open Farm Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will feature farm stands set up with non-GMO and grass-fed meat, seasonal veggies, honey, maple syrup, and herbal teas at the farm at 92 Allen Neck Rd. Tours of the farm will be offered, and visitors are encouraged to view baby animals that were born this month.

Enjoy outdoor games with the family.

The Bristol County District's Attorney Office is hosting a free Family Field Day at UMass Dartmouth. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at and around Cressy Field. There will be a rock climbing wall, inflatable bouncy obstacles, and other competitive outdoor sports games and races. The event is free and open to the public.
