A ‘great lover of art’
Join the Dartmouth Cultural Center, located at 404 Elm Street, to dedicate its garden to the late Elsie Haskell on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 10 a.m.
Center President Pauline Santos said Haskell was not only a long-time Dartmouth librarian, but completed extensive research of its library system.
Santos added Haskell was a “great lover of art” as well as of collecting post cards.
Light refreshments and coffee will be served at the dedication.

Hear his story
Meet with Dartmouth’s Devin Corey, author of “Thomas,” at his Barnes and Noble author event Saturday, Sept. 14 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The memoir, “Thomas,” follows Corey’s recovery from addiction and many “pivotal” moments throughout his life from his time getting wrapped up in an international drug cartel, his experiences trying to make it in Hollywood and the many hardships he faced throughout his addiction.
