On Monday, October 14, DNRT joins with the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra to provide trail music at Slocum’s River Reserve, 320 Horseneck Rd. from 3 to 4 p.m.

Musicians Peter Zay and EmmaLee Holmes-Hicks will play violin and cello out in the open at Angelica’s Overlook. Participants can bring a blanket or lawn chair and drinks and snacks to enjoy an informal performance of music from Beethoven to ragtime to Disney classics and maybe even a fiddle tune or two.

The cost is $10 per carload. Space is limited, so please register at dnrt.org/event/trailmusic/.
