The solid waste and collection for Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 25, will be delayed until Friday, the Department of Public Works has announced.

Normal collection will be held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 

The transfer station and leaf/compost drop-off at 759 Russells Mills Road will be closed Thursday.

The DPW office will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 11 a.m. and all day Thursday, Nov. 25 and Friday, Nov. 26.
