UMass Police find suspected flasher

UMass Dartmouth Police have found the suspected flasher that has exposed himself to women on campus at least four times.

Emil Fioravanti, Chief of Police at UMass Dartmouth, said in a release on Dec. 1 that the suspect has been “identified, removed from campus and will be sent to the Third District Court to appear on criminal charges.”

The exact identity of the suspect has not been released at this time.

The incidents occurred in the parking lots at UMass. The first reported incident was on Oct. 19 in Lot 16; the second incident was on Nov. 6 in Lot 14; the third incident was on Nov. 13 in Lot 3; the fourth incident was on Nov. 16 in Lot 16.

Fioravanti expressed his thanks to the community, adding that the matter would not have been resolved if not for “the assistance and information provided by individuals.”
