Uncover drug and alcohol hiding spots at a Hidden in Plain Sight event

If adults are wondering how to know if their child may be misusing or experimenting with drugs or alcohol, they are invited to attend a Hidden in Plain Sight event designed just for adults.
Using an interactive mock teenage bedroom, Hidden in Plain Sight is a program designed to help adults uncover hiding places children could be using to store drugs or alcohol.
The program also points out items that may not look suspicious but could be warning signs that a child is struggling with addiction.
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office is hosting the adults-only event on Oct. 7 at the North Branch Dartmouth Library, located at 211 Cross Road, from 6 to 7 p.m.
To register for the event email Carol at Carol.A.Silvia@mass.gov.
