Lester A. Reynolds, 86, of North Dartmouth, passed away peacefully at home on November 3, 2017. He was the husband of Millicent B. (Corrie) Reynolds with whom he shared 67 years of marriage.

Born in New Bedford, a son of the late Lester E. and Eva (Salisbury) Reynolds, he had resided in North Dartmouth since 1960. Lester and his wife wintered in Zephyrhills, Florida for 11 years.

Reynolds worked as a supervisor at Horseneck Beach State Reservation until his retirement. In his spare time, he enjoyed the trade of plumbing.

He proudly built a home on land that was in his family since 1870. He loved traveling the country and world with his wife. He cherished the time spent with his loving family.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Sharon Musselman, Lester Reynolds Jr., Wendy Reynolds and Amy Huckins; a sister, Sadie Still; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Irene Boos, Harry and Walter Reynolds.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. in the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd in New Bedford.

Burial will be in Acushnet Cemetery.
