Jan 31, 2018

The Town of Dartmouth has launched its age friendly survey and is now soliciting input from anyone age 55 and over.

The survey is being administered as part of the AARP Age Friendly Community movement. Officials hope to learn as much as possible about what Dartmouth has and will need in the future as the population continues to age.

The survey can be taken online. Click here to begin the online survey.

Information, listening, and survey sessions are scheduled for February 6, 13, 20, and 27 at the Senior Center, 628 Dartmouth Street, 12-3 p.m. University of Massachusetts Dartmouth nursing students will be on hand to help.

The survey can also be taken either over the phone or at home. UMass Dartmouth nursing students will be calling residents in the 55-and-over range. To schedule an in-person or phone appointment, email agefriendly@town.dartmouth.ma.us.

Paper versions of the survey can also be picked up at the Council onA ging building or Town Hall.
