The Paskamansett Bird Club will hold its next meeting on March 14 at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Hall of Friends Meeting on Horseneck Road.

Wildlife photographer Shawn Carey will talk about birds in Tanzania. Through photos will bring the public on an excursion through East Africa . Some of the birds audience members will see are the Greater Flamingo, the Lilac-breasted Roller, a Little Bee-eater, the Giant Kingfisher and the country’s national bird, the Grey-crowned Crane.

Carey has had photos appear in the Boston Globe, The New York Times, Mass Audubon Sanctuary magazine and other publications over the last 15 years.

The meeting is free and open to the public. It is also handicapped accessible
