The Dartmouth Historical and Arts Society is hosting author Eric Dolin on Sunday, Nov. 10.

Dolin is the author of “Left for Dead,” a book about the true story of five castaways abandoned on the Falkland Islands during the War of 1812.

Davoll’s General Store will be providing copies of Dolin’s book for signing at the Annual Meeting.

The annual business meeting will start at 1:30 p.m. and Dolin will give his presentation at 2 p.m.

The event is taking place at the North Dartmouth Library community room at 211 Cross Road.
