Pick from thousands of books to expand the bookshelf at the Friends Fall Book Sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Dartmouth Library from Wednesday, Oct. 22 to Saturday, Oct. 25. 

Proceeds from the sale supports the library’s free educational programs for adults and children, provides cost-saving passes for museums, parks, and zoos, the funds to host the annual Molly Little Film Series and funds special library events and purchases.

Library members get certain perks; the ability to register for early preview and a voucher for a free regular-priced book. Membership can be renewed or purchased at the event. 

Only 20 patrons will be allowed in at a time. The sale will accept cash and checks. 

On Wednesday the event will be members only, and times can be reserved by calling 508-999-0726. Thursday through Saturday is open to the general public. Thursday runs from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Friday runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday runs from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
