Board of Public Works seeks applicants for new Board positions

The Town of Dartmouth is looking for residents to apply for two new positions on the Board of PUblic Works, which is expanding from three to five members.

Expanding the board should help with improving quorum availability and allowing for more robost discussion and decision-making.

Board members are responsible for reviewing projects, setting policies and providing oversight to support Dartmouth's public works operations.

Residents interested in serving on the Board of Public Works can apply online by visiting the Join a Board or Committee page on the Town of Dartmouth website. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 12.

Once the two members are selected, they will begin their term on July 1.
