Telma Baganha, a career associate at Autumn Glen has been honored with a 2026 Care and Wellness Award from the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association.

The Care and Wellness Award recognizes someone who works directly with residents and demonstrates compassionate, exception care that goes above and beyond to enhance the quality of life of older adults.

Baganha has worked in Autumn Glen's Avita Memory Care neighborhood for the past three years, consistently bringing warmth and dedication to the community.
