Carol N. (Langelier) King, 70, of Fairhaven died Sunday August 2, 2020 at the Royal of Fairhaven. She was the wife of the late Herbert V. King, Jr.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Orval F. and Simone M. (Hebert) Langelier, she lived in North Dartmouth most of her life.

Mrs. King was formerly employed by the R.A. Mitchell Company.

She enjoyed hosting holidays, bird watching, gardening, and watching the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, and NASCAR.

Survivors include her two daughters, Debbie Gonsalves and her husband Brian, and Stacie King and her fiancé Ed Rhilinger, all of North Dartmouth; a brother, Robert Langelier and his wife Diane of Cape Coral, FL; a sister-in-law, Muriel Oliveira of Dartmouth; three grandchildren, Amanda Gonsalves, Kaylee King and Lexie Rhilinger; and a nephew.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, August 7 at 10 a.m. in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery. For directions and guestbook, visit www.saundersdwyer.com.
