Cheryl A. (Frazier) Broughton, 69, of Dartmouth passed away Monday, July 15, 2024. She was the wife of Mark Broughton.

 

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Helen (Andrade) Frazier and the late William Frazier, she lived in Dartmouth for most of her life. She was a graduate of Dartmouth High School.  

 

Cheryl was formerly employed as a cafeteria manager at Dartmouth High School until her retirement.

 

She enjoyed gardening, planting flowers, walking, and going on road trips. She especially loved spending time with her family.

 

She is survived by her husband, Mark; her mother, Helen; her sons, Jonathan Broughton and Christian Broughton and his wife Linh; and her grandchildren, Tracey and Connor Broughton.

 

She was predeceased by her brother, Bradford W. Frazier.

 

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 24 at 10  a.m. at St. Lawrence Church, New Bedford. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. For online condolence book, please visit www.saundersdwyer.com.
