Dartmouth artist welcoming visitors to home studio for 14th year

Dartmouth artist Barbara Healy will be welcoming visitors at her home studio on the South Coast Artists Open Studio Tour for the 14th year this summer.

The SCA Open Studio Tour is celebrating its 20th year with 75 artists in Dartmouth, Westport, Tiverton, and Little Compton. After growing up in South Windsor Connecticut, she attended UMass Dartmouth. She has a degree in textile design. She has also worked as a postal letter carrier in Fall River for over 30 years, and has now been retired for over ten years. Paintings of beaches, boats, and gardens make frequent appearances. 

Her studio at 61 White Oak Run is open both weekends, July 15 + 16 and August 19 + 20.
