The Humane Society and Shelter Southcoast is hosting its annual “Give Me Shelter Gala” from 6 to 10 p.m. at the shelter, 31 Ventura Dr. The event will feature food, drinks, a silent auction, raffles, and comedian Mary Ellen Rinaldi.
